INTERACTIVE SESSION ON UNIVERSAL HUMAN VALUES

Overview

To make the stduents familiarize with the need of the human values and universal human order and To provide a platform to interact with students of first year of Poornima Foundation in terms of universal human values and its applicability in human life.

To provide a platform to interact with students of first year of Poornima Foundation in terms of universal human values and its applicability in human life, an interactive session took place in Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur on August 3, 2019 under the conduction of student induction programme of I year department. The faculty members and the budding engineers of various branches witnessed this program. The session initiated with the floral welcome of the motivational speaker Mr. Himanshu Duggad (Scholar, Madhyastha Darshan) given by Dr. Yogesh Singh (Head of the Mechanical Department).

In his address, Mr. Himanshu Duggad made the students acquainted with the need of human values which makes the life of an individual beautiful as human values help him or her to know the sanctity of human relationship. He deliberated his thoughts over the subjects like human life and soul, survival of the fittest and evolution of human race, materialistic life and its effects on human beings and importance of human values which are applied universally and can make the human survival possible on the earth.

He stated that he current scenario is deprived of values and warmth of the relationship and he urged the students to take the required steps in this regard. At the end of the session, Dr. Rekha Nair (Dean, I Year) presented a memento to Mr. Himanshu Duggad as a token of love and appreciation. Later, Mr. Prince Dawar (Assistant Prof. Humanities & English) proposed the vote of thanks. The session ended with zeal and zest giving a clear of message of humanity and human values to the young technocrats. After the session , the students of first year participated in activities of creative arts and rehearsed and practiced for recreational activities. Further, the senior students of PCE also interacted with the junior students and made them know about the various clubs and their activities.
